Hull-Fishing

Our theme is Fishing and Hull for this term.

We have been reading and using the Rainbow Fish as our class book.

I have included some photos of us making the Rainbow fish which is on our class wall and the children making their fruit kebabs which are in the shape of a fish.

Class information

We enjoy walking to the shops on a Friday morning when we can learn how to be safe in the community, near roads and how to use shopping lists and money. Please make sure your child has a coat with them as we walk in all weathers.

We enjoyed our visit to the Pazzo café in Bransholme Centre, so we will be making this a regular visit. The children will learn how to order food, handle money, communicate with the staff and enjoy eating out together with their peers. If your child uses a buggy/wheelchair please send this in on a Friday

Messy Play is on a Monday for some of our pupils so If you would like to send in a spare change of clothes/ old shirt we can keep as clean and tidy as possible!
Swimming is on a Wednesday or a Thursday depending on which group your child is in. If you are unsure please call the office.

Exciting News and Events

We are going to The Deep on 25th Jan and planning to go to The Maritime Museum and do the Fish Trail next half term.
