Friday 21st September saw a large number of pupils and staff attend school in their jeans, all in aid of a good cause. Jeans for Genes day is the annual event organised by Genetic Disorders UK.
Genetic Disorders UK is a national charity working to improve the lives of individuals and families living with a genetic disorder. They do this by providing resources and support directly to those affected, and to the charities and patient groups dedicated to a single genetic disorder or related group of genetic disorders.
A pupil collected the money from each class and we raised nearly £200.
